So, I suppose you've already heard of Zygarde's new forms.
This one is its Complete Forme, aka Perfect Forme, aka 100% Forme.
CoroCoro and Serebii confirmed that Zygarde as we know it is the 50% Forme, while the dog looking one is the 10% Forme. There's also the Cell Zygarde, a primordial form.

I have to say that I really like the theme behind these forms, since they're based on Norse Mythology, but I don't really like their likeness. This Zygarde new form looks like a Transformer, to me. XD
Its a shame because a theme like this would have become something more appealing to the eyes, in my opinion. It looks like a mega toy that little kids will love to play with, but not so much for the teens and the adults.

it makes more sense when you think that those five color hexagons on its belly mouth are actually the five Zygarde Cores "piloting" the complete forme, think of a Hel-esque biological mecha made of scales.
