Creechie - Fakemon Dex

Description

New Fakemon, finally!

This is the first one in a loooong while, and I’m sorry for that. But I spent a lot of time in designing, revamping old colors and trying a new scanner, to make them look even better! I couldn’t make some of my previous scanning features work properly, so I suspended the fakedex series for a while. The other drawings I’ve been submitting were lacking quality too, but I uploaded them anyway because they were not as bad as the fakemon. Anyway, they’re all fixed now!

This is Creechie, a male Huligan’s evolution. Huligan and Creechie are inspired by the norwegian mythical creature called Huldra. Huldras are forest spirits with human-like appearance but a cow-like tail. If treated poorly, a Huldra can be revengeful and curse you for life. And that’s pretty much what Creechie do too. xD

Its hair resemble a person’s poorly groomed hair, since it’s said that Huldra firstly appear as beautiful women who then get ugly if angry at someone.

Hope you like it! Tell me your thoughts about this design. ^^

Name: Creechie

Type: Dark

Species: Lurking Pokémon

Height: 2'11" (0.90 m)

Weight: 77.0 lbs (35 kg)

Ability: Prankster

             Run Away (Hidden Ability)

Fakedex entry:

Creechie are very mischievious Pokémon who mainly live in swamps and caves. They like to torment voyagers who venture in their forest by scratching their ankles with their claws. Kids are often told they will be kidnapped by a Creechie if they don’t behave.

Fun facts:

- Creechie is inspired to a Huldra;

- Its name is the combination of the words Creepy and Mischief.

Wow, sempre idee originali, mi ha coinvolto molto la descrizione mitologica ;)
