Description

Back with more Greek Mythology mugshots! :D
As I said last time many Titans are minor deities, so to be able to draw all of them in a short time, I made just some simple busts.
Once again I've used these drawings to try new skin tones, hair colors and physical features. Just to expand my personal canon a bit.

Some of these Titans either died or were incarcerated in Tartarus during or after the Titanomachy so I'll specify this aspect as well in each of their descriptions.
There are once again a few characters just in this drawing so there will be a bunch of infos. Be ready!

- Coeus: he's one of the Twelve Titans, so he is a direct son of Gaia (Earth) and Uranus (Sky). He's the Titan of intellect (hence the big head) and inquisitive mind. He was banished to Tartarus where, ironically, he lost his mind and went crazy. He had three children with his sister Phoebe: Lelantos, Asteria and Leto (mother of Artemis and Apollo).

- Iapetus: he's one of the Twelve Titans, and he's referred to as the Titan of craftsmanship or mortality. He had four sons by the Oceanid Clymene: Atlas, Epimetheus, Prometheus and Menoetius. He was banished to Tartarus. It ried to include in his design some of Prometheus' features, like the shape and color of both beard and hair.

- Menoetius: he's one of Clymene and Iapetus' sons. Some refer to him as the Titan of anger and rash action, because of his arrogance and hubristic attitude. He was killed by Zeus during the Titanomachy. I know, he doesn't share any physical features with his father, but once I'll show you his mother Clymene you will figure out where he got the skin tone, hair color, etc.! ;)

- Clytius: I couldn't find almost any information about this Titan. He is, as many other are deities are, a minor character whose life was also pretty short. He was killed by Hecate's fire during the war.

- Enceladus: he fought against Athena during the Titanomachy; he obviously lost the match and was buried under a mountain in Sicily, which was most likely to be Mount Etna.

- Hyppolitus: he was killed by Hermes, who was wearing Hades' helmet of invisibility. He might be my favorite character in this lot, I think his colors and his face match quite nicely. :)

- Gration: there's literally no information about this guy, exept that he was killed by Artemis in the battlefield. I had to give him dichromatic eyes, at least to cope for the lack of information and give him some character! Looks like the ugly cousin of Shrek. xD

- Agrius: he was killed by bronze clubs, used by the Moirai.

- Thoas: he was killed by the Moirai too, like Agrius. Also: red skin, wooooh! And a unibrow.

Hope you liked this bunch as well, turns out I really enjoy drawing these little portraits, they're very fun! :D
Let me know you're thoughts about them, and maybe tell me which one of the Titans you like most! See y'all next time! ;)
